Pass Benefits

This pass will admit up to 4 people at a 50% discount on tickets to the Museum’s Exhibit Halls. Children under 3 are not included in the count of 4 and are always admitted for free but must have a timed ticket.

Your Library pass can only be used on the date printed on the pass.

It is strongly recommended you also reserve tickets with the Museum in advance of your visit, as tickets can sell out. To reserve a discounted ticket, please call 617-723-2500 and be ready to describe the type of free or discounted pass you have. Once your tickets are reserved, you will receive a ticket confirmation via email. Please have your ticket confirmation as well as your Library Pass available to present at the Exhibit Halls entrance.

After you make your timed reservation with the Museum, they will send you an email confirmation with your reservation time.

Please bring both your library pass confirmation (printed or displayed on a phone) and your email confirmation from the Museum when you visit. Show both confirmations at the gate to enter. You do not need to stop at the Box Office.

If you are unable to show your Library confirmation on a phone, you may print out a copy using the link in the confirmation email or request a paper copy from the library.
