Thursday, February 256:30—7:30 PMOnlineMain Library28 Arlington Street, Dracut, MA, 01826

It’s been a trying year for so many of us.

Please join us as we discuss what makes people feel isolated, sad, or anxious, learn what help is available locally to work through those experiences, how to recognize when negative feelings become a danger, and how we can support ourselves, our neighbors, and loved ones through difficult times.

This session will be led by Stephanie Sunderland-Ramsey, Prevention Program Coordinator of Wayside Multi-Service Center and Melissa Duarte, Advocates’ Co-Responding Clinician within the Watertown Police Department, and will be the first in a series of programs on mental health. You may feel free to leave your video OFF, and/or or change your screen name if you’d like to remain anonymous. This series is sponsored by: Watertown Police Department Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, Multi Service Center Advocates Inc. Watertown Community Foundation Watertown Free Public Library
