This presentation will be all about the under-appreciated kitchen workhorse: vinegar. We’ll get into a little of the science of vinegar via the fermentation processes at work. Then you’ll see how easy it can be to make your own vinegar as you are shown how to make a common (red wine) and not-so-common (banana) vinegar!
