Kirstein Business Library & Innovation Center (KBLIC), in partnership with MassEdCO, present this financial empowerment workshop on financial aid for college. This webinar is intended for HiSET students, high school seniors, post-graduates, and their parents (optional).

Join us to learn about reading and understanding your financial aid award letters. This understanding is a key part of assessing the cost of your college education so you can make the best financial decision and budget effectively. Unfortunately, there isn't a standard format to these letters. With lots of jargon, award letters can be difficult to understand. If you have offers from multiple schools it becomes confusing to compare the offers "apple to apple."

In this workshop you will learn how to read and compare your financial aid award letters to better understand your financial aid package.
