Families, join us for a family fun  Spooky Peeps Diorama Contest! Each family or team will be able to pick up one four pack of peeps, and then can take them home to create any type of diorama display which will be later displayed in the Children's Room with the opportunity for people to vote for their favorite diorama! 

Rules: 

• Peeps® must feature prominently in your diorama.
• Limit one submission per individual/team contestant.
• Please use one small sized shoe box or cardboard box. 
• You must submit a completed copy of this form with your entry (which can be picked up in the Children's Room when you pick up your peeps and/or filled out when you bring them back to display. 

Reminder:

• You can start picking up your peeps starting on September 26th - Peeps can be picked up in the Children's Room. 
• Peep Dioramas are due back on October 3rd and October 4th. 
• Peeps will be displayed in the Children's Room from October 6th-October 11th and winner will be announced on Tuesday, October 14th. 
• Peep Dioramas must be picked up by October 15th, or Children's Room staff members will take care of re-homing them. 

Registration is required as supplies are limited! However, if you want to provide your own peeps, you can still participate just mark down if you are supplying your own.
