Explore local open spaces by joining a guided tour with a member of the OpenSpace Committee! We'll have several different hikes for teens and adults of all abilities throughout the summer and fall. Our second hike will be at the Dunlap Sanctuary Trail, at 473 Marsh Hill Road. Please register so we can notify you if anything changes that day. We will leave the trailhead by 6:05pm so please consider arriving early.

Dunlap Sanctuary is 85 Acres located on Marsh Hill Road just west of Richardson Rd. There is an easy 1 mile hike across small hills to a beaver dam that loops back along the shore of the 10 acre Big Pond. There are benches along the trail on which to sit and contemplate. This property is made available to us courtesy of the Dunlap family and the trail is named in memory of Marjorie Dunlap who inspired their generosity.
