Let Your Yoga Dance!

A fusion of dance, yoga, breath, mindfulness expression, releasing through and aligning your body’s Chakras (energy centers), ending in relaxation. Unlike a typical yoga class, we dance away from our own space and encourage you to express through dance, yoga and lots of playfulness connecting to your body and to the community in a joy-filled practice. Leaving you in a bliss-full state. This integrated embodiment inspires you to discover your own unique dance. Expand joy within yourself and share it with others.

Participants must be able to move from the floor to standing independently. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and small towel to each class.

It is always advisable to consult with your physician before embarking on an exercise program. Please consult your physician to determine if it is appropriate for you to participate in this particular program. You will be asked to sign a disclosure and release form before starting. You may print the form and bring with you, or sign one when you arrive.
