Gentle Flow Yoga

Each yoga class is designed to honor your body as you move through the asanas (poses). Basic foundational yoga postures are practiced. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Focusing on breath, strength, stability, and flexibility throughout your entire body. Meditation and breathing techniques are integrated, leaving you centered in mind, body, and spirit. Always honoring your yoga practice and what feels best for your body, adaptations are available, encouraged, and honored.

This is a gentle flow practice. No experience or flexibility required. Participants must be able to move from the floor to standing independently. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and small towel to each class.

It is always advisable to consult with your physician before embarking on an exercise program. Please consult your physician to determine if it is appropriate for you to participate in this particular program. You will be asked to sign a disclosure and release form before starting your yoga practice.
