Gentle Flow Chair Yoga

In this adaptive and approachable Yoga class, you will learn to practice one of the oldest physical disciplines in the world. The use of a chair will keep you stable and steady while carrying out seated and standing postures. Modifications will be offered throughout, making your experience uniquely catered to you and your body. The class will be guided with a mindful pace to help focus attention on your physical needs during each pose. Please dress comfortably in fitted clothing without buckles or zippers if possible, and bring a water bottle with you.

About the teacher:

Marcelle has practiced yoga since the 1980’s. Her goal as a certified Yoga Instructor is to make this ancient and beneficial practice accessible to anyone, no matter their capabilities or limitations.
