The Sharon Public Library is hosting local financial advisor Bradley Baskir for a virtual workshop, "529 College Savings Plans: Simply the Smart Way to Save for College." Baskir will help attendees understand the challenges that students have today and in future when it comes to paying for college, as well as rethinking misconceptions that many people have about college planning. Baskir will present different options available to fund a college education, focusing on the features and benefits of one option in particular, the 529 Plan.
